The northern Rose Window of the Notre Dame of Paris was build in gothic style by Jean de Chelles between 1240 and 1250. The circle in the centre reflects the Virgin and her Child surrounded by figures of the Prophets. The second circle shows the 32 Kings of the Old Testament and the outer circle the 32 Highpriests.
